We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services, or where you have given your consent. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) on the Cloudflare Pages platform. When the website is accessed, information is automatically transmitted to the server and temporarily stored in so-called server log files. This may include:
- anonymised or shortened IP address of the accessing device,
- date and time of access,
- page/file requested,
- amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval,
- browser type and operating system used,
- referrer URL.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). As Cloudflare may also process data in the USA, a data processing agreement has been concluded with the provider; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Fonts (locally hosted)
This website uses fonts hosted exclusively on our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts); no personal data is transferred to third parties in this respect.
5. Waiting-list form
On our website you can join a waiting list via a form in order to be informed in advance about the opening and the opening offer. In doing so, we process the e-mail address you provide. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by e-mail to the address stated above.
For the technical handling of the form we use the Formspree service provided by Formspree, Inc. (USA) as a processor. Your details are transmitted to and processed on servers in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your data will be deleted once the purpose of the waiting list has been fulfilled or you withdraw your consent.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your details will be stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any such services. Technically necessary cookies may be set by the hosting provider to ensure security and operation. No consent is required for this.
